Forged creative purchasing partnerships during the Covid-19 Pandemic to successfully overcome supply chain obstacles and maintain essential product inventories. Leveraged cross-departmental facility rounds and strategic meetings to ensure health and safety compliance with Federal, State, and Philadelphia regulatory agencies.

Assigned to start up a new client agreement providing Environmental Services to a 140 acre retirement community. While I was there, the campus grew by 50% and I collaborated with top executives, and other departments, to support the opening of 8 new buildings on campus. I supported the Business Developmemt team by ensuring our facility was always ready for potential client visits.

I supported daily operations for Housekeeping, Laundry, and Food Services. I conducted compliance audits to ensure a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. I am proud to have been a part of the facility's team responsible for the extensive employee education and facility preparation leading to a Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), certification.

I supported exiting accounts in the Greater Philadelphia area, including Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, A.I. DuPont Hospital for Children, and Elwyn Institute. I would investigate cost control and safety programs that did not meet Sodexo standards. I would assist in new account start-ups by assessing staffing and equipment needs. I created business plans to enhance client and customer outcomes and satisfaction.
