• Contract Management (full legal & commercial support of the current contract activities from the negotiations till the closure of the deal; management of the contracts both with the manufacturer and the final customers; working out of all documents related to the contract life-cycle)• Development of the Contract Policy (working out and implementing rules of the activities within the contract scope for sales and after sales managers; developing instruments of the contract control for the management of the company; improving the existing instruments.)• Major Projects: full project’s support on the delivery of two helicopters for the Special Flight Detachment 'Russia'; full project’s support on the delivery of ten helicopters to a major Russian company; pre-acceptance and delivery support of the first AW139 helicopter in Russia; total support of more than 110 helicopters (to be) delivered in Russia and CIS.
