During an era where the web was in its early stages, I took on a pivotal role following John Crane's acquisition of EG&G Sealol, shaping the e-commerce blueprint for an industrial manufacturing institution with an 80-year legacy. This involved crafting an online identity, breathing fresh life into branding, and enabling sales through strategic e-commerce maneuvers.

Responsible for EG&G Sealol's internal marketing communications team. I guided this in-house group through the transition from traditional 20th Century marketing such as print advertising, print collateral, and trade show management, into a more forwared-thinking approach using video production, the web, and email marketing, culminating in streamlined operations and cost savings.This was a pivotal role in ushering EG&G Sealol into the digital era, crafting a compelling online presence. The pre-web era saw our exploration of internal analytics, leveraging video as a communication tool even before platforms like Vimeo and YouTube emerged. Through a spirit of innovation, we set the stage for the company's continued growth.
