Algeco Scotsman North America was the largest subsidiary with revenues in excess of $600M and fleet assets in excess of $1B.As CFO, North America, Pat directed the North American financial operations including Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Risk Management, Taxes, Contracts, Billing, and Legal • Worked closely with North American operating managers representing the U.S., Canada and Mexico, • Led the implementation of North American procure to pay system which tracked the approval and purchase of over $300M of materials and services.• Improved capital allocation decision process to maximize and increase returns.• Developed improved cash management processes resulting in increased working capital.

As VP & Global Controller, Pat directed and coordinated all financial reporting and accounting operations.
