As a project leader "System Validation", I am managing the activity of a team (3 test technicians, 3 engineers) in charge of validating the Heating Systems of the Vaillant Group.I am participating in the risk assessment (FMEA) as well as in the definition of the necessary tests for the validation of the multiple heating systems composed of products developed in the group.Finally, i am organising the continuous improvment of the laboratory to equip it with innovative tools necessary for validating the system efficiency.
