CurrentKaren is the Senior Vice President of Engineering Technology at Boeing Employee Credit Union (BECU). BECU has over $30.2 billion in assets and over 1.3 million members, making it the largest credit union in Washington and fourth largest in the United States. Karen leads the Engineering Delivery and the Digital Operations functions responsible for shaping the cooperatives vision and strategic directions for internal and member facing programs. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer the Senior Vice President of Technology is responsible for developing and executing the best-in-class technology solutions for the credit union. Karen enables the business to grow while driving process improvement initiatives, leveraging the use of appropriate technology and resources.
