As a European Record to Report Lead at the client side I was responsible for managing the RTR team throughout different waves of the project, as well as organizing requirement gathering workshops, testing sessions (90+ participants), managing local accounting requirements (Secondary Ledgers, mappings). I joined the project during Roll-in4 (Russia), continued with Roll-in5 (Ukraine, Poland, Baltics) and Roll-in6 (Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Hungary).

In a full lifecycle implementation I was involved in all lifecycles of the project from the design till Go-live support. The project’s locations included many countries worldwide: UK, US, Singapore, China, Philippines, Brazil.

In Genzyme Oracle R12 Implementation (GeNext) project involved in all phases of the project from process confirmation through delivering test cycles and system configurations to preparing Production system for countries in scope (Belgium, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Mexico).
