Working in an HR generalist role, I am responsible for the entire employee life cycle management from onboarding to separation. At the present moment, I am handling a span of 900 associates from a junior to a mid-managerial level.I am responsible for improving employee engagement, managing attrition and employee development with a specific focus on managing attrition, reskilling and redeploying employees and grievance management.I am also entrusted with the implementation of a new performance management system in the location for junior level employees and managing the reward & recognition process for my vertical (roughly 6000 associates).I am also involved in conducting recruitment drives and taking training sessions at the location .
