Working in an HR generalist role, I am responsible for the entire employee life cycle management from onboarding to separation. At the present moment, I am handling a span of 900 associates from a junior to a mid-managerial level.I am responsible for improving employee engagement, managing attrition and employee development with a specific focus on managing attrition, reskilling and redeploying employees and grievance management.I am also entrusted with the implementation of a new performance management system in the location for junior level employees and managing the reward & recognition process for my vertical (roughly 6000 associates).I am also involved in conducting recruitment drives and taking training sessions at the location . In addition, I handle any and all disciplinary and legal matters, and separation-related activities for the said span.

Working in the performance management team, corporate HR, I worked on the end-to-end management of the biannual appraisal cycles for the entire senior management and the leadership.I was also responsible for establishing a system to automate the month-on-month actuals against the KPIs for the senior management, sales employees and the leadership, in collaboration with several departments (Corporate Strategy, Planning & Assurance, Quality).I also worked on ideating, compiling, refining and implementing a new performance management system, impacting nearly 2 lakh employees in the organization

Intern at the Global Recruiting and Staffing Department at Sony CorporationWith the objective to improve Sony’s Global Recruiting Activity, I worked on identifying and advising on potential recruiting grounds for Sony Japan, upgrading and streamlining Sony’s recruiting practices in India, understanding the cause behind high attrition rate among Indian employees at Sony Japan and suggesting solutions for the sameI also worked on designing and implementing a career and talent training agenda for the global employees at Sony as a part of the Global Training Planning Team.
