Development Manager
Current-Ensure that the products under his responsibility are delivered on time and meet the requirements by taking into account the dynamic side of business needs and by managing conflicting business and technical priorities.-Play a leadership role in the continuous improvement of the development of complex software systems/products/technologies, ensure the implementation of best practices for the entire development life cycle of our products and align these practices with those of the global organization.-Remove barriers to development and ensure its teams have what they need to deliver their product.-Work with Software Architects and Solution Architects to help define products and make cost estimates.-Collaborate with Product Managers, POs and Architects to refine and define functionality and acceptance criteria necessary to meet the roadmap.-Act as a mentor and coach for his resources who may be in different countries.-Manage HR tasks associated with your resources (recruitment and hiring, reception, evaluations, etc.).-Propose growth and development strategies (grow current teams, create new teams, outsource, hire consultants, etc.) and set in motion the hiring process and the purchase of equipment.-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and quality of development and lead the necessary improvement work based on quality and velocity indicators and communicate these indicators with the management team and other stakeholders.
