I have worked in the insurance ind. since 1996 and my experience includes accoutn management, sales, large enterprise services, underwriting, product development, and claims handling.The Environment has been international and involved of internal and external partners. I have therefore gathered international experience. Among the clients and partners were claims handling companies and insurance companies in Europe, North and South America and Asia - e.g. IKEA, Vin & Sprit, Startour/Fritidsresor, DKV, Munich Re, Ping An, and Thomas Cook Global Services.As an insurance underwriter of employee benefits products and I was responsible for product & price development. This includeded participation in the sales process and the claims handling (Internally and externally). I specialise in employee benefits products and have a good understanding of other product lines and knowledge about the processes involved in handling insurance programmes. I have a strong flair for IT solutions and I have designed IT solutions for the support of our products.My managerial skills are founded in my education as an engineer with focus on production planning, processes and procedures. I enhanced this with courses in Engineering Business Administration and 10 years of dept. mgt.Planning for change and improvement of operational processes is a central part of my responsibilities and I have had great use of my theoretical education within project management, quality management and production planning. As a project manager I function as a catalyst in order to secure timed and adequate communication, cooperation and performance.
