As a CTO at POUNDRA, LLC, Srini oversees all technology engagements of the company encompassing execution to product & services strategy, roadmap definition, system architecture, design and production. Srini also drives the R&D efforts at POUNDRA, LLC besides managing all customer technical engagements.Prior to co-founding POUNDRA, LLC, Srini held several Senior Engineering and Management roles at Arizona Public Service (APS), & ViaSol Energy Solutions. His industry expertise includes Industrial Automation, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, Reliability Analysis, Protection Engineering, Sustainability management, Control System Design and Instrumentation.In his prior role, Srini served as the co-founder & CTO of ViaSol Energy Solutions. While at ViaSol, Srini led the development of a Single-Axis Solar Tracker Controller that enabled the company achieve multi-million dollar revenue growth in the short span of 5 years. Srini has 20+ research publications to his credit and is an invited speaker at several forums. Srini is also an Adjunct faculty at Arizona State University and serves on the Board of ASU Engineering School Alumni Association.Srini has a Ph.D. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University with an emphasis on Power Systems
