I continued my career by forming an SEO team at Flightio as the SEO manager. As the team scaled, we achieved remarkable short-term results for the website. Some of my activities and achievements in this position include:1- Increased website traffic by 45% within 6 months.2-Developing a short-term strategy for the "Flight" section aligned with Flightio’s largest 360-degree campaign.3-Creating a strategy to rank the "Visa" product on the Flightio site, along with establishing a continuous off-page campaign across various layers.4-Achieving top-three rankings on average for keywords like "Dubai visa" and "UAE visa," along with all their long-tail variations.5- Improved internal linking for 4,000 articles on the site by automating tasks.6- Redesigned the blog template with the goal of improving semantic HTML and implementing topical authority on the site.Flightio is my most brilliant work experience in the SEO field, where I managed to revive the site and restore its former rankings and traffic in a short time, despite having a significantly lower budget compared to very tough competitors like Alibaba and FlyToday.Additionally, my main focus is on optimizing and adding features to the product with the aim of improving SEO and user experience for users.

Flightio is one of the top three websites in the travel services industry. Its product is written in Node.js and utilizes the React framework. I joined Flightio as a Senior SEO Specialist in February 2023 as part of the marketing team. Some of my activities and achievements during this time:1- Re-rating the keyword "بلیط هواپیما" from rank 30 to rank 6 and improved the rankings of all long-tail variations of this keyword.2- Disavowed over 1,000 spam domains with the goal of reviving the domain rate on the site.3- Launched one of the largest off-page campaigns for the site, covering more than 50 reputable media outlets in 3 months.4- Launched the third version of the product by implementing all the requirements of the SEO team to achieve the best results in the CWV section: Performance: +90, Accessibility: +90, Best Practices: 100, SEO: 100.5- Resolved all structural issues in the blog that arose from migrating to WordPress.6- Fixed redirect chains and 4xx and 5xx error issues.7- Added various features to product pages.One of my most significant accomplishments at Flightio was implementing and systematizing a process for Semantic SEO. This involved collaborating with the technical team, identifying technical issues, and creating briefs for executing tasks and codes on the website.

In 2020, with the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic, I received training in systematization and team building, which I then implemented in my work. At the beginning of the year, my main tasks were to build a multi-person SEO and content team and define and differentiate different positions based on the increase in website traffic and the organization's needs. I served as the SEO manager of Hamyar Academy for nearly three years. During my tenure, Hamyar ranked on the first page of Google for over 800 high-volume keywords and over 300 keywords in positions 1-5. Hamyar was among the top 150 websites in Iran during my time there, with daily traffic in the tens of thousands, making it one of my most outstanding achievements in SEO.The success of Hamyar Academy's website can be attributed to several factors, including a focus on on-page SEO, particularly technical SEO, collaboration with the website's technical team to optimize CWV and improve site speed, and optimal and ongoing budgeting for off-page SEO. During my time as Hamyar Academy's SEO manager, I also worked as a consultant on the Hamyar WordPress website, handling all on-page and off-page planning and SEO strategy.

Hamyar Academy, a newly established website, represents my longest work experience in SEO. I started my journey at this company as an SEO and Content Specialist. During my tenure, I was responsible for the entire content quality assessment process and page ranking on Google, achieving remarkable results.Among the most outstanding outcomes achieved in the first six months were a 100x increase in website traffic and a significant boost in organic sales.

Soroosh Parvaz was an e-commerce company specializing in designing various Android and iOS applications. I worked as an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist for six months at this company.My primary focus at Soroush Parvaz was on technical SEO and optimizing app websites. During this time, I gained valuable experience working with app development tools and also worked on optimizing and improving the UI and UX of website pages and their impact on SEO.Given the need for websites to monetize their digital presence, I also worked on social media marketing and designing an optimized Google Ads campaign during this time.

My journey in SEO began with Hamgam Net. For a year and a half, I worked as an SEO specialist and web designer at Hamgam Net, handling various websites in fields such as carpets, stationery, eyewear, digital marketing, and web design. I started my work at this company as an intern and gradually developed a keen interest in SEO and the site optimization process day by day.
