Planning inventory, transferring inventories between different warehouses considering FIFO and Service Level, and planning working shifts for different seasons are some aspects of my job.

Planning inventory and production, determining the delivery date and inventory reserve are other aspects of my responsibility. Projects I have been involved:* Reducing Lead Time: Analyzing and Reducing Orders Delivery Lead Time from 60 Days to less than 30 Days.* Stock Reduction: Reducing inventory level which led to reducing inventory holding cost around 50%. * Production Planning: Coordinating sales forecast, production planning and shipment planning in order to deliver goods in the shortest lead time and holding minimum amount of stock. * Shipment: Shipping more than 150 Trucks daily (from Mines to Plants, Inter-Plants and from Plants to Dealers and Customers). * Drop Size is increased through changing Mix Palette Strategy. * Truck Loading Time is reduced from 15 minutes per truck to 9 minutes. * Logistics Network Optimization: Proposing a new Logistics Network considering optimized cost and a high Customer Service Level.
