In Zarrin Roya, Logistics includes Warehousing and Outbound activities as well as Distribution Planning. We're working on optimizing and productivity projects, which are related to Warehousing, Logistics Network, and how to improve the capillary distribution of goods in terms of cost and service level.I am the manager of 6 teams of 110 people who build success by prioritizing people. I am Responsible for the Logistics of Zarrin Roya Plant. Here I've been reporting to the Supply Chain Director. Planning inventory, transferring inventories between different warehouses considering FIFO and Service Level, and planning working shifts for different seasons are some aspects of my job.

In Knauf, Logistics includes all inbound and outbound activities as well as logistics planning. We're working on optimizing and productivity projects, which are related to Logistics Network and how to improve the capillary distribution of goods in terms of cost and service level.I am Responsible for the Logistics of 3 Plants (KI, IG, and KG) in Knauf. Here I've been reporting to the Sales and Distribution Director and Managing Director. Planning inventory and production, determining the delivery date and inventory reserve are other aspects of my responsibility. Projects I have been involved:* Reducing Lead Time: Analyzing and Reducing Orders Delivery Lead Time from 60 Days to less than 30 Days.* Stock Reduction: Reducing inventory level which led to reducing inventory holding cost around 50%. * Production Planning: Coordinating sales forecast, production planning and shipment planning in order to deliver goods in the shortest lead time and holding minimum amount of stock. * Shipment: Shipping more than 150 Trucks daily (from Mines to Plants, Inter-Plants and from Plants to Dealers and Customers). * Drop Size is increased through changing Mix Palette Strategy. * Truck Loading Time is reduced from 15 minutes per truck to 9 minutes. * Logistics Network Optimization: Proposing a new Logistics Network considering optimized cost and a high Customer Service Level.

Projects I have been involved:Implementing SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) project manager.RTM (Route to Market): targeting replenishing to demand, increasing OSA, coverage, hit rate & optimizing total cost to serve this ongoing program mass-customizes diverse sales, logistics & trade marketing service packages to customer clusters based on their value. Key configurable services include delivery mode of VMI, pre selling, van selling & visit frequency & Must SKU list & planogram, picking, promotions, credit terms etc.Supply chain merger planning of frozen ready meal business with Ice cream business from pre-announcement planning through post-close integration.Eliminating 3 branches of West Region which were considered to be distributed by other branches.Secondary Warehousing Branches and Cross-Docking Zanjan Branch.
