Part of the research project team that concentrates on the re-evaluation of the structure of Tehran’s urban planning and urban design processes and committees with the task to propose a model for Tehran’s urban planning structure. The objectives are:• Examining the current implementation status of Tehran’s master and detailed plan, prioritized in order of the region’s need for intervention.• A case-by-case study of global experiences in urban development projects and their theoretical and structural approach and comparison to Tehran’s approach.• Revising the implementation process of Tehran’s detailed plan and making recommendations for improving the current structure.
