As the CEO of Mind HK, I lead a passionate team of mental health professionals and advocates who aim to raise awareness and provide support for mental health in Hong Kong. I have nearly 15 years of experience in clinical psychology, specializing in transdiagnostic therapy, low-intensity psychological intervention, mindful parenting, and internet therapy. I am also a licensed clinical psychologist in the Accredited Register of the Hong Kong Government and fellow of The Hong Kong Psychological Society.In addition to my leadership role at Mind HK, I am an active contributor to the academic and research community. I am an Honorary Lecturer at The University of Hong Kong, where I teach the course of Abnormal Psychology for Master Programs. I have also collaborated on multiple research projects with local and international institutes, such as The Chinese University of Hong Kong, the University of Oxford, University of Amsterdam, and Boston University. My mission is to advance the field of mental health by applying and disseminating evidence-based interventions and mindfulness practices in the Hong Kong context.
