Originally from the US, I have been working in revenue operations and strategy for twelve years across various business models, industries, and countries for companies at every maturity (from venture-backed startups to publicly listed companies). In August of 2016, I relocated from Salt Lake City to London to set up Instructure's international revenue operations function. After a few years there, I said goodbye to London and moved across the channel to Berlin to start as Honeypot.io's first Sales Ops hire, where I implemented Salesforce.com from scratch. After the acquisition of Honeypot by Xing, I joined the team at EyeEm where I migrated the CRMs from multiple acquisitions into a single HubSpot instance.Most recently, in August 2022 my wife was accepted as a PhD candidate at the University of Adelaide and we made the decision to start our new adventure "down under". Based in Adelaide, I led the team at DataSpark Analytics before leaving to focus my time and effort on my fractional Revenue Operations services provided via RevOps Rocks.

Hired an Analyst to oversee the more developed EMEA region while I focused on the less mature APAC and LATAM markets.• Co-managed 6 underperforming salespeople in LATAM. After 6 months under my management, the team had improved their forecasting accuracy and lead-to-opportunity process, resulting in a 155% growth Y/Y in Q2 bookings. • Led the initiative to transition management of Instructure’s inside-sales reps from the marketing team to sales. After completion, the traditionally underperforming team consistently overachieved their targets and were considerably more effective than their peers. Shortly thereafter, the structure that I proposed was rolled out across the entire company.• Actively involved in the development and GTM strategy of Instructure’s corporate product, Bridge, which grew from 2 salespeople to 7 salespeople, 2 managers, and 6 inside-sales reps across APAC and EMEA. -
