• Currently working on a pilot program for a hybrid workplace. We are looking to bring an operational team back to the office in full-time onsite, hybrid or fully remote capacities. We've completed programming and currently finalizing construction docs and construction phase. • Engage internal customers/partners for initial project programming, budget, space planning and design, FF&E specification, procurement, overall project scheduling and management, and financial close-out for informal interior FF&E projects ranging from $1K to $2M+.• Teamed with internal architectural, engineering, and construction staff – along with external design and trade vendors – on design coordination and implementation of informal and capital construction projects. These projects include (but are not limited to) building renovations, individual department renovations, public multi-function areas, classrooms, clinical areas, and individual office spaces. • Supported capital project teams in reviewing contracted work and ensuring adherence to University guidelines as pertaining to space planning, interior finish, and furniture specifications. North America

Appointed Senior Design Manager for a 2.5 year, $45M FFE project for the U.S. Dept. of Transportation in Washington DC. In this role, I led a staff of six designers in the development, specification, order entry and furniture installation of an interiors project encompassing 19 floors of office space. Additionally, I:• Managed all North American move/add/change (MAC) projects for Hewlett Packard overseeing planning, design and installation coordination with furniture and electrical contractors in the United States and Canada.• Supported Baxter Pharmaceuticals in day-to-day MAC design and occupancy planning.• Worked on a team to assist TD Ameritrade with a new block and stack realignment for their Omaha headquarters.• Partnered with the real estate division of Nortel Networks in the consolidation of a 23-site portfolio to a five-building campus over three years. Led a staff of five for long range and day-to-day occupancy planning and MAC requests.

Space and Occupancy Planner/ Designer for the Raleigh, Virginia, DC and Maryland campuses. Worked with Nortel Networks Global Real Estate Group and company executives on strategic space planning and consolidation efforts reduce 26 sites down to five over the course of a two and a half year period.
