Greater Bay Bancorp was a $7.6 billion Retail and Commercial Business Bank. It acquired San Jose National Bank in October 2001.Reporting to EVP & Director of Marketing. Oversee all cash management sales throughout eleven (11) banks and (4) non-bank entities, including new product roll outs, sales strategic planning, contract negotiations and order fulfillment, with a staff of 7. Develop and provide cross functional training throughout; to over 200 Relationship Managers and all Operations units. Manages the strategic development, design and implementation of business banking products throughout the organization, with a staff of 3. Once deployed, ensures product lines are competitively priced, profitable to the bank and enhanced as required.

San Jose National Bank was a $650 million Commercial Business Bank. It was acquired by Greater Bay Bank in 2001.Reporting to President & CEO. Oversaw all aspects of Cash Management, which included Electronic Banking Operations (Wires, ACH, Internet Banking), Merchant Services (Operations, Portfolio Management, Sales), Cash Management Sales (Personal, Small Business & Corporate Internet Banking, Correspondent Banking, Zero & Target Balance Sweeps, Deposit Services), Product Management, Business Development Sales and Niche Banking (Homeowners Association Banking).

Pacific Western Bank was a $1 billion Retail and Commercial Business Bank.In a span of 13+ years, held various positions and became proficient in all aspects of operations in the Retail Branch network. Achieved Management role in three different branches ultimately to manage Custom Banking. Finally, held Sales roles at the holding company level to support branches in a specific region.
