Co-lead with founder to train educators, counselors, parents, and staff of local preschool and elementary schools, in the needs and advantages of using movement in the classroom; maintain awareness of latest brain and child development research; market program and assist schools in securing necessary funding; lead certified full-day workshops to provide CEU's for NM Trainer Registry in the competency areas of Child Growth, Development, and Learning.

Developed, marketed, and executed a 12-week parent education course,called Powerful Parents, consisting of hands-on workshops, activity guidance, social support, and community resources. This project presently provides education, local activities, and resources to Albuquerque-area parents through social media and community involvement. Future goals include the continued creation and implementation of future classes, organizing community events to bring families and community organizations together.

Assisted in execution of workshops and board meetings for a company which serves all of New Mexico in providing assistance to parents with children who have special needs; trained as a workshop provider; initiated and finalized revisions of multiple publications.

Handled incoming customer service calls using multiple computer programs simultaneously; account maintenance, data entry, new client set up, technical troubleshooting,de-escalating irate callers, protecting account security, and always building customer rapport. Was utilized as a floor leader to guide other agents and handle difficult calls.
