I am a Tax Principal at BDO USA, P.C. ("BDO USA"). I focus my efforts on developing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and peers. I am a Tax Champion of our Manufacturing and Distribution/Retail and Consumer Goods Industry Group in the Southwest Market. Previously, I was a Tax Partner at Anton Collins Mitchell LLP (“ACM”) a full-service accounting and consulting firm. Effective July 31, 2020, ACM joined BDO USA, one of the nation’s leading professional service organizations.We focus on providing services for growing businesses in the mid-market including those with multi-state or international growth expectations. At the end of the day, it’s the right combination of what we do and how we do it that enables us to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding results.A high school accounting class confirmed my love for accounting. All of my experiences since high school have contributed to who I am now. I found that it was rewarding to assist others and build relationships. Today, I use the skills I learned in college to assist our clients and build lasting relationships in the Denver accounting and financial community. If you live in Denver, my hope is that one day, you’ll know who I am and what I do.My focus has been on corporate taxation for multi-national and/or multi-state corporations in the mid-market, and spend the majority of my time on international and M&A consulting, compliance matters, and ASC 740 tax accrual preparation and review services. I have clients in various industries including: aviation, manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer goods, technology & software, alternative energy, professional services and financial services industries.
