Transition Mentor: I provide weekly mentoring sessions to Year 1 SSQM/SSDS Undergraduates during the Autumn Term of 2020 and liase with other stakeholders to address any concerns they face.

During my stint at Biomark I contributed to the process of web-scraping multiple publicly available clinic directories in Singapore and Malaysia to build a large data set containing each clinic's details and the details of the principal doctor at that clinic. This helped to facilitate the development of targeted marketing and a richer understanding of the client base. Secondly, I was tasked with documenting the customer service operations of the Singapore unit and putting forth suggestions for improvements to the existing platform and the customer service workflow.

I was in charge of documenting the features of two applications. Firstly, I provided documentation for an application that uses AI to provide nutrition-scoring for food. Secondly, I provided documentation for NeuroBlu, a platform to access and analyze research-grade behavioral health Real-World Data. In addition, I identified gaps in the existing versions and suggested improvements for future updates of the applications, and wrote a blog post about the creation, maintenance and transformation of the workplace culture at Holmusk.Holmusk, a 2019 World Economic Forum Technology Pioneer, is a data science and digital therapeutics company dedicated to establishing objective evidence as a core utility to the treatment of mental health and chronic diseases. Our proprietary technology leverages analytic and digital tools to prevent, manage and reverse treatable diseases.

I was responsible for doing research on local sentiments towards the local and foreign workforce, by first analyzing survey data and secondly, conducting interviews with various stakeholders. Finally, I consolidated the information and provided suggestions for how to better understand and improve the current situation. I was concurrently involved in the workstream for liaising between coronavirus testing facilities and employers.
