As the Manager of Business Development and Partnerships at NBTC Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions, I represent the Netherlands as a Meetings & Events destination in North America. I collaborate with Dutch representations and industry suppliers, and target American and Canadian associations and corporations, with a high focus on the key industries of the Netherlands, such as agriculture, energy, water, life sciences, and creative industries.I have a background in international cross-organizational projects, productions, and event management, with skills in process improvement, summits, and customer relationship management. I am also a certified Professional Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2 Foundation, and Time Management. I followed an Executive Pre Masters at the University of Amsterdam, where I enhanced my business management and leadership skills. Besides work, I am passionate about drawing Mandalas and offering mindfulness-based stress reduction workshops for professionals, helping them to manage anxiety, stress, and emotions better.
