Over 10 years combined experience as a legal and governmental administrator in both the legal and medical areas, and as an educator in college, special education, and secondary level instruction. From preparing official documents to presenting to diverse groups of people, my skills and abilities at problem-solving, communications, and interpersonal relations have more than successfully allowed for team management, work efficiency, and an overall satisfying work environment. I have been valued as both a team member and as a person who can work independently.My background has included an ever-growing knowledge of computer systems and applications. I have commonly used Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. I have acquired many skills in social media marketing that includes web page development and creation, producing video, audio, and graphic items for marketing and promotion. I have focused on the culture of social media through the use and design of common applications like Facebook, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Twitter, and many others. I have even learned unique systems and applications for database management, document imaging, and records management including BANNER for educational positions. I have a working knowledge of complex litigation management, medical terminology, medical records review and management. I also possess and have developed skills and abilities in organization, communications (written and oral), presentations, problem-solving, project management, decision-making, analysis, and research. I have worked extensively with the public serving veterans, children, those with disabilities, and those of various backgrounds, education, economic status, region, and origin.
