Scan modification in legislation periodically. GPCB, all legal consent required for Factory Act.• Time Office Management. Skill Development & Training. (Designing & imparting training at all levels).• Administration, Transportation Management, Facility Management.• Negotiating with Worker’s Union, Event Management. Employee’s engagement & Initiate CSR activities.• Collective bargaining: Grievance handling, maintaining amicable IR environment, negotiate and implement productivity & wage settlement.

A Company produces Ferro alloys, Sponge Iron 600 TPD, generates 40MW power from its captive power plant, a Rolling Mill & a Pellet Plant with a man power of more than 1200 Employees in the pay roll.
