ELENA Project (Phase I):• Successful leading and management of ELENA’s vacuum controls project, consisting in the full implementation and deployment of an entire new control system, top to bottom.• Responsible for coordination, scheduling and execution of works, from initial conception to end delivery.• Complete hardware and software architecture implementation including database handling and PLC configuration, material procurement, installation supervision and commissioning tests.• Full project delivery in due time and manner, ensuring system’s readiness and fulfilling project’s entire life cycle (from design specs, through budgeting and resources planning, to execution, reporting and closing).AD Antiproton Decelerator:• In parallel, takeover as vacuum controls expert for AD's complex, inheriting responsibilities and duties.• Achievement of almost full readiness and availability of the system during operation periods.• Execution of all necessary actions to ensure system’s correct maintenance and upgrading, including an extensive system consolidation.Complementary Roles and Projects:• Stock Responsible: CMMS implementation to optimize and automate stock facilities (InforEAM, KIOSK).• Automation Lab Responsible: HW and SW renovation of main test-bench at the time (VACCO-TB2).
