As Senior Manager, US Legal Administration & Governance, I am responsible for the management of operations of the TDBNA Legal Department in accordance with global policies and procedures, including oversight of premises operations, financial planning and other related projects. In this role, I will act as the Risk Officer for the TDBNA Legal Department and as subject matter expert for risk-related projects supporting the US Legal Department, as well as supporting the Special Assistant to General Counsel contributing to the design and on-going management of Department programs and initiatives.

As a Business Management Specialist, I am challenged with managing a diverse portfolio of business management activities for the legal-specific aspects of the US Legal Department's global operations and to assist with the implementation of policies/processes and initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives. I am also charged with providing tactical support in meeting external counsel program strategic objectives and serving as lead for change management in the US in connection with the build and implementation of a new matter and document management system.

Over 25 years of paralegal experience which includes both in-house and outside counsel support; litigation management; eDiscovery analysis and project methodology; maintain and manage electronic case files; document production and discovery management; fact and witness investigation; collections and bankruptcy experience; preparation of briefs, contracts, corporate documentation/filings; real estate transactions; researching and analyzing law sources; Department Manager experience which included implementation of procedures and workflow for department, daily support operations, disaster recovery, space planning, reporting, purchasing, hiring, performance reviews, etc.; Project Management; Subpoena compliance; risk management. Responsible to oversee the US Operations Management which includes onboarding and offboarding, training, premises operations for all US Legal office locations, audit management, attorney licensing and risk assessment. In addition, I am assigned Special Projects for Legal which often include defining objectives, overseeing quality control, and coordinating team member and vendor efforts.
