• System application engineer of optical front-end for DVD-player─ To develop the SW on the chip for optical mechanism based on MediaTek’s 1st generation of DVD-ROM solution and optimize read ability and compatibility.
• 16x DVD-ROM solution─ Evaluated and developed the 16x DVD-ROM solution of MediaTek. 2 generations was developed which are leading DVD-ROM solutions for both performance and cost structure in the world─ Supported.

• Software development of DVD-Player─ ATAPI host driver based on ST Microelectronics solution, including in-house test program and device driver APIs for audio/video codec─ DVD servo front-end based on TOSHIBA solution─.
