My role is to lead and oversee the team responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with Pexapark's customers. Our primary focus is on building strong, long-term partnerships that drive customer satisfaction, retention and business growth. My responsibilities encompass a variety of strategic and operational tasks, including: Team Leadership, Client Relationship Management, Retention & Expansion, Strategic Planning, Quarterly C-level presentation on results, Data analysis as well as close collaboration with all business units to achieve common goals, share resources and leverage company-wide expertise.

In this newly created role I was responsible for setting up the customer management processes for the entire client base of 100+ customers. In addition to this, my responsibility was to lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our products and services. To build and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships and to showcase the value of our products and recommend appropriate enhancements. I acted as a customer advocate within the company, sharing success stories and advocating for customer needs and proactively engaged with clients to drive renewals and identify upselling opportunities. In this role I built the customer success and account management team leading to my promotion.
