Silver Service WaiterCantley House Sep 2008 - Jun 2012I worked as a waiter and barman for three years at a high end hotel in Wokingham whilst finishing my school education. It greatly improved my customer service skills as well as giving me confidence in many situations. Near the end of my time there I was given much more responsibility, running bar shifts for weddings alone and in control of teams through the entire service. Throughout my time there I helped train new staff and at times had to cover on reception and room service.
