• Manage and expand a team of energy professionals in implementing residential energy efficiency programs focusing on income qualified residents of Champaign County• Create and provide reports that include performance indicators, budget overviews, andprogram recommendations to increase energy efficiency impact in Champaign County• Act as the primary investigator of current, new, and innovative programs and technologies• Prepare relevant funding proposals and supporting a team effort in drafting project proposals• Act as a key point person in grant management, including budgets, formulas, goals, projections,and outcomes• Attend and represent the RPC in meetings, presentations, roundtables, and job fairsrelated to program development and related areas of responsibility at the local, state, regional,and federal levels• Facilitate partnerships to advance service delivery and addressing local needs in acoordinated manner

• Conduct lighting and building envelope energy surveys on large scale commercial facilities including • Schools and Universities • Military Bases • Hospitals • Correctional Facilities • Offices and Hotels • Research Facilities and Laboratories• Determine deficiencies in lighting systems and building structure and develop solutions to reduce energy loss• Conduct measurement and verification studies and produce viable energy usage data• Use collected data to develop reports and recommendations, adhering to local standards throughout the United States• Lead team of surveyors on large scale projects, delegating work load, and collecting and reporting progress to clients

• Perform Energy Assessments and Home Energy Checkups on behalf of the Delaware Sustainable Energy Utility for the Energize Delaware Program• Conduct Quality Control Inspections on audits, in-process installations, and post-installations for the Energize Delaware Program• Conduct health and safety testing and diagnostic testing for residential buildings for the Home Performance with ENERGYSTAR Program for Energize Delaware• Review and approve workscopes and projects submitted for rebates for the Home Performance with ENERGYSTAR Program for Energize Delaware• Create and send out reports and feedback to internal team members and Trade Allies for all engagements • Work to resolve program issues and disputes in a timely manner• Perform Audits and Quality Control Inspections on low-income weatherization projects for Delaware's Weatherization Assistance Program in conjunction with the Energy Coordinating Agency.Additional Responsibilities• Fleet Manager: Conduct quarterly vehicle safety training for all staff who use a fleet vehicle. Record attendance for all trainings. Suggest best practices for vehicle safety. Ensure vehicle equipment is properly maintained.• Office Safety Coordinator: Develop office Emergency Action Plan, ensure it meets Franklin Energy's standards. Implement office safety campaigns and emergency situation strategies. Review Emergency Action Plan with staff.

• Provide on-demand support for contractors participating in New Jersey's Clean Energy Program• Increase contractor participation by conducting business and software training for contractors and their employees• Resolve program issues and contractor complaints in a timely manner• Conduct program outreach and inform homeowners and contractors about the opportunities of New Jersey's Clean Energy Program• Submit outreach reports and field reports for all engagements

• Perform residential QA/QC inspections on behalf of New Jersey's Clean Energy Program for Home Performance with Energy Star• Ensure all home performance projects meet BPI standards, adhere with homeowner contracts, and do not create safety issues.• Maintain relationships with program contractors and trade allies, provide feedback for all engagements• Deliver QA/QC reports and field reports to operations teams. Provide evidence and justification for all report claims

• Conduct Energy Assessments on behalf of the Nicor Gas EnergySmart and ComEd Smart Ideas programs for Residential, Multi-Family, and Light Commercial buildings• Determine rebate eligibility and perform energy saving direct install measures• Educate customer about their energy systems, develope energy savings projects, and advise on how to improve their energy useDirect Install Team Lead• Train and lead a crew in installing energy savings products for the School Energy Savings Program and Multi-Family Program while adhering to safety standards and best practices to complete projects in a timely manner • Manage product inventory for all engagements• Keep direct contact with program managers, submitting all reports and data collection forms in a timely manner

• Assist in conducting home performance tests and energy audits• Perform door blower tests, combustion safety tests, and duct blaster tests. Collect data, managing the results from each test• Maintenance and management auditing equipment, and organize effective appointment scheduling • Assist President with preparing and running building science training classes and demonstrations• Assist in daily management tasks and audit report writing in conjunction with performing energy audits
