• Managing partner-led implementations, ensure delivery in line with timelines and budget
• Maintain a touch point with project sponsors, key stakeholders, and partner resources throughout the implementation and work closely with Professional Services leadership Team
• Assist Prospect/Customer on roadmap planning for Implementation services including future application deployment, system integrations, historical data migration
• Act as Solution Architect to address complex engagement challenges and enable partner resources to deliver effectively
• Mentor services partner resources to ensure required expertise and resources are available to handle any Professional Services delivery needs
• Provide mentorship and guidance, and develop and maintain the partner certification framework

• Perform scoping (onsite/remote), assist in drafting responses for Request for Proposals(RFP) and lead large scale and/or complex implementation of EtQ Reliance.
• Be an active member of the product steering committee and work with customer stakeholders to draft product roadmaps and service delivery plans.
• Where needed, act as the Technical Program Manager and/or Solution Architect to address complex engagement challenges to steer a successful implementation approach.
• Serve the role of EtQ implementation expert and lead engagements with global teams with multiple active projects by working in tandem with customer stakeholders, core project teams, and EtQ consulting team.
• Manage stakeholder conflicts and recommend simpler solutions for complex problems, essentially play a key role in identifying and mitigating situations which may result in over -architecting a solution for complex.
• Build large scale solutions with the team and perform complex SQL, and programming in PYTHON to supplement the out of box offering of processes.

• Perform requirements gathering, Design Specification creation and configuration as needed as part of all services projects
• Cover application configuration, usage and model fit for existing business processes.
• Propose and configure application solutions to meet defined processes
• Train on Administration/Configuration enabling customers to maintain and deploy future EtQ applications

• Assist ICs in Documenting business requirement within a design specification and configure design specification.
• Involve in writing custom scripting in python and SQL to facilitate customer specific data reporting capability.
• Involve in updating and maintaining a Project Timeline for assigned projects.
• Create help desk call for customer request and remotely configure to customer environment.
