Dinit was established in September 2008 as a center for technology and IT operations for Diners club franchises. To date Dinit developed into a modern card processing unit, capable of supporting customers in different segments of the card industry and accross multiple global markets. My initial responsibilities were to setup the company, define the business strategy and develop the business and operational model. Today my main focus is on strategic management, sales, corporate governance and daily management of the company. I have been the CEO of the company since its beginning. Dinit was part of the Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS), leading international Payment company from 2013 till 2015, and was in October 2015 acquired by a reputable Swiss banking group - Cornèr Banca. In June 2023 Dinit Card Services, was acquired by its management thru an MBO of 100% shares of the company.

As an officer of the Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS) I've been responsible to manage the subsidiary company Dinit Card Services.

Dinersclub Italia - Service center Izola was a startup company formed in 2008 as operational center of excellence for Dinersclub Italia s.r.l. The center was established to support the core and non core functions like Cardholder and Merchants Call center and Customer Service, Backoffice management, Credit operations (Credit Initiation and Underwriting, Authorizations & Fraud, Credit Control and Collection), Financial reconsiliations, Dispute and Chargeback management. I was responsible to set up the center, and was its CEO for more than 5 years.

Activa was the largest domestic card scheme in Slovenia that dominated there for several years. It consisted of several Slovenian banks participating in a partnership model.I was managing the Activa processing center that was responsible for overall card operations of the banks in several areas like:- Issuing and Acquiring operations for several card schemes Mastercard, Visa, Activa- Private labelled scheme management and loyalty system processing (Mercator Pika)- POS , ATM, E-COM, MOTO network management in several markets in South East Europe, where Activa was one of the largest competitors.Activa and Banka Koper were one of the leading institution Europe wise in the field of EMV, 3D Secure ACS, Chip authentication, Contactless, Multivendor ATM, and many others. During the period I was managing the cards division within the bank and hold several other positions like:- Member of the Executive board of the domestic payment scheme Activa- President of Technical board and President of the Marketing board of Activa - Member of several national cards bodies (ATM group, Cards Security forum,..)

As head of Information Security I was responsible to setup the organization, governance, policy and procedures related to the implementation of bank's Information Security Management System (ISO 17799, BS 7799)

Working on several areas of bank's Technology implementation, Re-organization, Process Reingenering and Restructuring.
