With diverse experience in Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Business Development across Australia, Asia and Middle East, I have been involved in leading organisations through turn-around, start-up, transformation and high growth situations. I have gained this experience working with PWC in Sydney and London, then as a member of Nokia's leadership team across Australia, Asia and Middle East during Nokia’s rise and global ascendancy before I ventured into founding and leading my own business out of Hong Kong working with technology companies to help with their market entry strategies. I now share my experience in assisting businesses, start-ups and individuals through coaching and mentoring to allow them to reach their potential. I have been fortunate enough to have worked across many cultures around the world to understand the importance of diversity and sustainability and this has allowed me to appreciate the importance of giving purpose to life.I have led and contributed to new market expansion, business transformation, government negotiations, developing viable ecosystems, corporate and social responsibility programs, launching new products and services and business start-ups. With extensive exposure to a wide range of leadership and management responsibilities across Australia, Europe, Asia and Middle East, I have acquired the skills and knowledge to work and lead across cultures and markets in expediting the development and implementation of business ecosystem. My journey has taught me the importance of looking at things ‘outside-in’, having people, customers and the environment at the forefront of every decision and maintaining viable ecosystems as recipe for success.
