Responsable for managing the continous improvement cycle accross different functional areas.Often assuming the role of Accountable Business Owner (ABO) within transformation projects, my responsability is to support the the replacement of legacy systems and the implementation of new lean procedures associated with infrastructure changes, new technology adoption, enhanced equipment and people change.HIGHLIGHTS:- Awarded an internal prize in 2022 by outstanding performance as "de facto" Business Accountable Owner (BPO) for a €7mi project that refurbished the automated warehouse from Iberia in Madrid. Project delivered on time, within budget and scope.- During 2023, designed and conducted the eAWB adoption strategy in the Iberian Peninsula achieving 85% by November, compared to 40% in April. The eletronic AWB is a computerized version that replaces the paper AWB and simplifies the air cargo process.- Selected as Innovation Champion for the Operations department in Madrid.
