International infrastructure specialist with a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and specialized studies in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), Project Finance, Transparency and Accountability, and Climate & Renewable Energy Finance in Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, Germany, Peru, Singapore, Turkey and the United Kingdom. With 19 years of experience in project management, infrastructure governance and mentoring and training. I built my expertise on designing and implementing strategic alliances between the private and public sectors, and I have a proven track record of creating the conditions for smooth implementation of PPP and investment projects throughout their entire life cycle-planning, design, implementation and audit- from a wide range of sector and sub-sectors (water and sanitation, ports, transport, irrigation, health, education, energy, telecommunications). Since 2019 I am a lecturer on the PPP training program for public officials of Latin America and the Caribbean-LAC with CAF, with which I have trained more than 1000 participants from 16 different countries of LAC. Also I have been a consultant at the IADB assisting the countries of the Pacific Alliance (Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru) in the adoption of principles and recommendations of the G20 Principles for Quality Infrastructure Investment. In 2022 I joined the UNDP's GPN / ExpRes roster.I'm passionate about connecting people and leveraging others. My main professional goal is to contribute to closing the access gap to quality services/infrastructure in emerging markets. I love hiking, boxing and outdoor sports.
