I am an experienced executive with a demonstrated successful history of working in the private sector and government administration on energy and permitting. As the Permitting & Development Director for Attentive Energy, a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, I oversee a wonderful team focused on permitting and engaging all interested stakeholders for an offshore wind lease area in the New York Bight, including projects totaling 3 GW. Previously, I was the Permitting Manager at Atlantic Shores, where I was responsible for securing all the necessary state and federal permits for several offshore wind projects off the coast of New Jersey. While at USFWS, I led a team for 10 years of around 170 people across 13 states, managing a budget over $25m working on environmental permitting. I have an extensive background and network working across the country, especially in the US Northeast, and deep experience in offshore/onshore wind energy, hydro projects, and oil and gas pipelines. My environmental policy/permitting and leadership expertise is backed by a PhD in Conservation Biology.
