Leadership Academies designs and delivers curriculum based on CEB core research incorporating input from hundreds of corporate heads across multiple industries and disciplines. Our goal is to help participants apply our leadership skills, insights and frameworks to real-world projects. As Operations Manager for the Leadership Academies, I provide logistics support, leadership and management of associates and specialists, data management and dissemination, and partnership with team members on process analysis and transformation.

As an events coordinator I reviewed exhibition, sponsorship, and speaking opportunities available to maximize the presence of our organization and visibility of our colleagues’ research at international events; worked with colleagues across several departments and field offices with plans to attend or showcase their work; established points of contact in each department and established clear channels of communication to ensure efficient dissemination of information and effective coordination of activities.Drafted event briefs based on conversations with leadership and prospective attendees laying out all of the goals to be achieved, resources available, activities planned and materials required. Managed logistics around our presence including securing registrations, accommodations, and sponsorship applications (depending on the size and complexity of our presence).

Managed and implemented European Commission-sponsored research projects. Represented the company at meetings and on conference calls with the Contracting Authority. Sourced skilled experts and speakers necessary to complete key tasks and ensure successful completion of the project. Drafted regular reports to the Contracting Authority and served as point of contact for any and all inquiries into progress of ongoing projects in my portfolio. Drafted and edited Inception memos and final reports. Conducted background research and drafted factual briefs contributing toward new business proposals.
