I am in charge of the following:- Invoicing- Year end tax preparation- Reconcile and balance accounts receivable and accounts payable- Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to Quick Books accounting software, and personal transactions to Quicken Personal Finance software- Perform payroll duties submitted using Paychex payroll services- Manage a fleet of 6 trucks to be dispatched to various locations- Create business letters including collections, letters to lawyers, auditors and vendors

- Retrieve and process loss control requests received via mail and online- Conduct and report insurance underwriting evaluations- Enter and maintain loss control information on Excel database- File, electronically and physically, all requests that have been entered and emailed
