I hold a postgraduate diploma in supply chain management from Welingkar Institute of Management, diploma in Mechanical engineering and I am skilled in SAP R/3 MM and SD modules, quality systems such as IMS, Six Sigma, and Lean Warehouse Management, and warehouse design and management.My expertise includes inventory and transport planning , procurement, and distribution of spare parts for export and accessories business, the aftersales business development processes, such as parts pricing, dealer target setting, incentive programs, and B price parts management. I have successfully completed several logistics special projects, such as the planning and erection of a new parts warehouse from scratch, the design of a racking system, and the selection of a 3PL operator. My mission is to drive logistics excellence and efficiency, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
