I am a computer science engineer who loves to develop Android apps. Basically, I am a self-taught android developer, who is in the process of becoming a full-fledged mobile app developer. My story of how I became an android developer always gives me a motivational feeling. Generally, most of the candidates/freshers don’t get to choose the programming language or technology, he/she might be working in a company before starting their IT career. I don’t want to leave this part to chance. So, I started to look for a domain through which I could effectively pursue my long-term dream (we could discuss this later!😊 ). It was at this juncture, I started to feel and appreciate the potential uses of mobile apps. So, I thought why not choose mobile application development. This is how I landed in mobile app development. In order to achieve my dream of becoming an android developer, I started to learn android app development through online educational platforms (like Udacity, LearnCodeOnline, etc.) and tutorials. Gradually, I started learning new concepts and I felt extremely satisfied even with the smallest concept I learned every day. In no time, I fell in love with it by seeing the benefits of these apps and how it can change people’s lives. I know these apps are nothing when compared to the pragmatic apps available in App store/Play store. At the same time, learning something without any mentor or guidance is really a difficult process. In summary, I am happy that I have come this far on my own! I have also completed a two-month android development training course from Srinivasan Software Solutions, at Tirupati before taking up my current role as an android developer at Synycs Enterprises, Hyderabad. I worked as a full-time lecturer in a couple of engineering colleges in my town from 2014- 2017. Finally, it makes me happy when I share the knowledge I have with others, and I would love to see them getting that ‘feeling of satisfaction'. As an example, when we lived in Australia, I volunteered to teach Scratch programming to school children in the city I lived.
