A seasoned management consultant, educator and certified image and branding coach, she has a combined experience of more than 25 years in Talent Development and Organizational Development. Patricia is the Lead Consultant of PPT Consulting, a senior consultant of HURIS, a branding consultant of Advertising Without Borders and an accredited consultant of the Philippine Business Coalition for Women Empowerment (PBCWE). She has practiced in diverse industries i.e. Education, BPO, CRM Solutions, Mortgage & Finance, Pharmaceuticals and Nutrition. Her core programs and services are: Coaching and Mentoring, Image & Branding, Leadership Development, Career Development, Change Management and Wellness. Patricia is a certified Allen Management System professional and certifies other leaders here in PH. She is Yellowbelt certified in Six Sigma and one of the trained facilitators of Open Space Technology by the Civil Service Institute. She is a certified trainer of Points of You®.Patricia is a certified Image Consultant by the Academy of Image Mastery, Singapore where she has a diploma on Image Consulting. She has a seat in the panel for the Civil Service Commission, Accreditation of Learning Development Institutions (CSC, ALDI). Patricia is a lifetime honorary member of ASSERT, Association of Educators, Researchers and Teachers. She is one of the first graduates of the Human Resource Business Partners, HRBP masters program of CIPD, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK launched here in PH.Patricia studied Traditional Chinese Medicine with the Si En Institute, Singapore; Life Force Nutrition with the Veg school, Malaysia; and Ayurveda with Dr. Girish at the Institute of Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, India. These are her core principles for most of her wellness programs.
