Paolo Spinelli is a Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the automotive business.He has held positions of increasing responsibility managing both technical and commercial teams in leading international companies, both in Italy and abroad, and over time has developed an extensive network within the automotive industry. His experience in diverse companies and roles, has helped him developed a holistic approach to business which allows him to liaise constructively with all the departments of a company and forge a strong working relationship both with internal stakeholders and external partners.An attentive listener, he is viewed as an innovative and analytical thinker, and thanks to his organizational and interpersonal skills, is adept at engaging and motivating a team to deliver company goals.In the past he has served on the board of directors of DIAVIA/DELPHI and on the board of directors of SPAL Automotive UK during his two year tenure at SPAL Automotive.
