With my partner, I created the business identity, product, and plan. I recruit and coach guides and interns and manage their certifications and training. On a day-to-day basis, I organize bookings, coordinate tours and guides, track inventory, and answer questions from our local and international customers. I also regularly collaborate with various.

I teach young learners, teens and adults in face-to-face and online classes. I also meet with students and parents, help them understand CEFR levels to place students in correct groups, plan students' learning progress, and write and share reports on their progress. I also coach students with scholarship and job applications and interview preparation.

I created instructional imagery to accompany how-to instructions. The work involved studying the how-to steps carefully and creating easy-to-understand graphics to enhance the learning experience.
