Currently working with Movi Ecoserve managing their issues of Sec 138, Testamentary matters including Law of Administration in a complex way that includes Release, Development, Tenancy, Besides, land matter in Vasai and buying of land in Khopoli, (old contract reviving), ITR cases, VAT related cases, family matters, etc. Training I am getting is excellent in all these areas. Property Matters – (i) Testamentary – Getting Letter of Administration (ii) Release Deed by all family in favour of one member (iii) Tenancy deed by this one person in favour of 2 external and 3 within family (iv) Development Agreement of the property. Another 2 flats again change in ownership.e. Matters pertaining to settlement in Lok Adalat of loan given by Bank of India. Already achievedf. Income Tax at different stages - Various appeals, replied, not replied of deceased owner and other family members. g. VAT claims litigated and not settled for 2 different years. h. Compliance matters pertain to liaising with Co Secretary for setting up new firms, Change in structure of existing firms, New Directors, Share transfer etc. Any statutory requirements.
