Carrying out stage inspections and final inspections while manufacturing.3.Testing of the Blowers and Fans as per the ISO Standards.4.Analyzing and Evaluating the test results to calculate their performances like Air flow, Mass flow rate, Efficiency etc.5.Have knowledge in Auto cad 2D, Solid works,Pro-E,Cut logic as we use thosesoftwares to Design, find development views, cutting plans, development lengths,bending allowances etc.

 Studying the given drawing and to plan for production tasks. Dedicating the production tasks to the available man power. Monitoring the shop floor activities. Carrying out stage inspections. Submitting day-to-day production reports. Estimation-Also responsible for estimating and quoting high value tenders for govt. projects like ICF, RCF, Southern railways, BEML etc. Have knowledge in Solid works,Pro-E,Cut logic as we use those soft wares to find development views, cutting plans, development lengths, bending allowances etc.
