About Prabakaran L

I am a Development Professional, with over 10 years of experience in Community Mobilization, Team Building, Project Management, Reporting and Documentation, Monitoring and Evaluation.Over the last 4 years, I had worked on several technical assistance projects in the areas of SHGs and Microfinance, Rural and Coastal Livelihoods and Preparing Disaster Management plan. I have 1-year International experience in Designing and Implementing Household Goat Farming in Rural Bangladesh.At present, I heading a Region in Ramanathapuram District of Tamil Nadu. The region comprise of Nine SHG Federations, one Farmer Producer Organisation and one Community Health Hospital.
