About Prabakaran Sekar

Dear all, My experience is based on chiral chemistry. Especially SFC and Normal phase. Chiral isomer separation method development followed by isomer scale up seperation in mg level to Gram level.having 6+years experience with highly dedicated techniques such as SFC, Normal Phase,LC in method development as well as purification with the help of different types of chiral/Achiral stationary phase, Different types of organic solvents.handle with different types of softwares.The following software are expert like Water-Empower 3, Waters-Chromscope, (SFC-150,SFC-200,SFC-80)Waters-Masslynx, Shimadzu-Lab solution with SFC/NP, Agilent-HPLC, Waters-SFC-ELSD detector, Waters-SFC-Mass, PIC-SFC. Known about other instrumentation like LCMS, ,HPLC also. I did a one year MSc Project in Synthesis of Highly substituted Pyrazoles used as a Bio-Active compounds.
