Develop business cases, forecasting and pursue corporate development goals for GD3 and its portfolio companies. M&A activities including identifying potential assets, due diligence, negotiations, and agreements.

Planned and executed strategies that supports lead generation, growth and successful commercialization of products/services for all five of GD3’s portfolio companies (PharmOptima / Invivotek / NexusPharma / NEDP / Venenum).Supervised and led a sales team consisting of territory managers producing 30% YOY increase in sales, designed training and development tools to align activities with corporate objectives.Performed primary and secondary market research, SWOT analysis and due diligence for M&A.

Co-founded the company and then developed and directed it's marketing and sales strategy leading to a revenue growth of over 200% in 6 years. Initiated and successfully led two key collaborative programs with a pharma company leading to a major research award from the NIH

Developed and validated translational animal models like the Humanized SCID Mouse to test the efficacy and safety of novel therapeutics for Oncology, Immuno-oncology and infectious diseases.
