As a Product Designer, I got to work across different teams. Majorly, I was working with the Growth and Child Engagement-Retention team.My projects and work as a Product Designer comprises - Designing and launching the MVP of a new product vertical for SplashLearn, i.e. Live Classes- Under the guidance and mentorship of Nikita Singh Gautam, I was solely responsible for designing the experience of Live Class - Learnt how to prioritize projects depending on the data and user behavior in a new paradigm of experience- Identified core use cases and edge cases in the experience while collaborating with my Product Manager- Designed the user flows of payment journeys for different user scenariosI also got a chance to work with the growth team at Splashlearn, I worked on one major project, which was-- Introducing a time-based discount to create urgency in the users, this project helped SplashLearn to increase the number of new monthly subscribers- In this project, I focused majorly on the parents, who discovered us through teachers- Impact: 40% increase in Trial Start rate during the first 5 minutes of a new sign up on Splashlearn.

During my internship, at SplashLearn, I got opportunity to work on majorly two projects- 1. Redesigning child dashboard for Grade 4-5 students to increase playable opening rate.2. Redesigning SplashLearn's SEO pages to increase organic sign-ups, improve content discovery, and better ranking of our website.

As a Joint General Secretary, I am responsible for managing all the sub teams of the club and help my teammates in smooth execution of all the events and workshops. Joint General Secretary acts as a bridge between the Presidential body and club members.
