As the first member of InfraCo Asia’s Business Development Function, expanded and solidified InfraCo Asia’s 'in house' Co-Development / Co- Investment program, managed 'in house' by InfraCo Asia management team. My deal close under InfraCo Asia’s Co-Development/Co- Investment program : o 168 MW Ninh Thuan solar power project in Vietnam - a joint venture with Sunseap International. The largest infrastructure transaction of InfraCo Asia.o A portfolio of water treatment and supply project in Vietnam -a joint venture with Darco Water Technologies. First water project transaction of InfraCo Asia. o Senior debt financing in a club deal with two other lenders including one impact fund for total US$ 75 million non-recourse project finance for Net1's digital infrastructure project in Indonesia. First digital infrastructure project transaction of InfraCo Asia, and the first Co- development transaction of InfraCo Asia in Indonesia. SMU did a case study on this transaction for its ‘Growing Infrastructure’ classes for senior and mid- level executives. World Bank and Department for International Development (DFID), UK engaged PwC team to implement Orissa Power Sector Reform, including "Change Management” methodologies, business process re-engineering, and privatisation of vertically integrated state-owned power distribution companies. As Management Consultant in PwC team, worked on this India's one of the first (pre Electricity Act 2003 era) and path breaking power sector reform program.
